Welcome to AlwaysItalian! I am very excited to share my authentic and original Italian recipes with you. Before we start cooking, I want to tell you a little bit about myself. As you may guess, I am Italian, born and raised in Italy. Almost ten years ago I moved to the U.S. and, since then preserving the Italian food tradition has been my mission. At the beginning, it was a big challenge cooking Italian food and finding the right ingredients. Everything looked so different here, even measurements! But with patience and love for food I came up with great tasting dishes using local ingredients.
